Our office is in the SM Building, over at Door No: 6 in the FCI area of Channnasandra, Kadugodi. It is an industrial part of Bangalore, so it fits the kind of project work we do at Ideb Projects Pvt Ltd. The Muneswar Bhadwane area is always full of trucks and movement, which suits us just fine. We are not tucked away in some quiet office park; we are right where the action is. Most of our day is spent coordinating logistics and making sure our project sites have the materials they need. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things get stressful, especially when deadlines are tight. The office is pretty basic, just a place for us to keep our equipment and documents safe. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or art. We’d rather just have good tools and reliable people. We deal with the local challenges, like the Kadugodi traffic and the dust, as just part of the everyday life here. We don't try to act like we are some massive corporation. We are just a local project company trying to do right by the people we work for. We talk straight and don't make promises we can't keep. It’s a simple way to run things, but it has kept us going for a long time now. We just get on with it every morning.
