We have our office set up on Post Office Road in Bangalore. It is a decent spot to be in, and being in the 560016 pin code area means we are pretty well-connected to the rest of the city. Ideb Projects Pvt Ltd has been working out of this location for a good stretch of time. The road can get busy, but inside the office, we just focus on the project work we have on our plate. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations or leather chairs. It’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to vendors and checking on our site supervisors. It is the kind of work where you are always solving some small problem or another. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just want to get the jobs done correctly so we can move on to the next one. The weather in Bangalore is usually a plus, though the rain can slow down the actual project sites sometimes. We’ve got a small group of people here who have been with us for a while. We know how each other works, so we don't need a lot of meetings to get things moving. It’s just a straightforward, daily routine of managing projects and keeping the business going. We do what we can.
