If you’re looking for us in Marathahalli, we are over at Blossom Mansion, No 7. It’s on the 5th Main, 2nd Cross, in the Lakshmi Narayana Layout. Marathahalli is a pretty crowded part of Bangalore, so getting here can be a bit of a journey depending on the time of day. This Munnekolala area has grown a lot, and we’ve been here to see most of it. Ideb Projects Pvt Ltd uses this location as a hub for our local projects. It’s a regular building, and we’ve taken up enough space to fit our core team. There’s a lot of walking back and forth between desks here. We have a lot of site supervisors dropping in to hand over reports or pick up new instructions. The layout of the office is a bit haphazard because we just added desks as we grew. We’ve got a small balcony where people go to take calls when it gets too loud inside. The surrounding area has a lot of small shops and places to grab a bite, which is nice for the staff. We don’t really do formal meetings with agendas; we usually just gather around someone’s monitor and figure out whatever problem has come up. It’s a very hands-on environment. We deal with the day-to-day grind of construction and planning without making a big fuss about it. It’s just home for us.
