In Bangalore, we’ve got a spot in Block C, No 104. It’s a straightforward setup for Ideb Projects Pvt Ltd, nothing over the top. We mainly use this space for the administrative side of things and some of the planning meetings. Karnataka is a busy state for construction, and being based here in Bangalore keeps us in the middle of everything. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and sample materials like tiles or bricks. We don't have a professional cleaning crew coming in every hour, so there’s usually some dust from the latest site samples. We’ve got a few long tables where we spread out the big drawings to check the measurements. Most of the people working here have been with us for a while, so we don't need to explain much to each other. We just get to work. The tea lady comes by in the afternoon, and that’s usually when we take a fifteen-minute break to talk about non-work stuff. It feels like a small family business even though we handle some pretty big projects. We don't have fancy glass partitions or anything. It’s just open desks and a lot of talk about timelines and logistics. We try to keep things simple because construction is complicated enough as it is. It’s a practical place for practical people who just want to get the job done right.
