The way we do things at Ideb Projects Pvt Ltd comes from a pretty technical background. Our leadership has those M.Tech roots in Structural Dynamics from IIT Roorkee, so we tend to look at things from an engineering perspective first. We are based out here in Karnataka, and honestly, we spend more time looking at structural math than we do on fancy marketing. It’s a civil engineering firm at its heart. We don’t talk about being the best or anything like that; we just focus on whether the physics of the project works out correctly. Being a B.E. (Civil) myself, I know the value of getting the groundwork right before you even think about the rest of the building. The office here is usually full of technical manuals and updated codes. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets. We’re more about the concrete and the dynamics of how structures behave under pressure. We’ve been working across India, but Karnataka is where a lot of our current energy goes. The staff are mostly people who enjoy the puzzle of a complex build. We have long discussions about materials and load-bearing walls over coffee. It’s a bit of a nerdy environment if you aren't into construction, but it’s what we know. We just keep our heads down and make sure the math is solid on every single project we take on.
