Down here in Bangalore, specifically in JP Nagar 6th Phase, we have our small spot at Room No 2 in the Shilpa Complex. It’s right near S M Kalyanamantapa, which makes it easy to give directions to anyone coming over. The office isn't very big, but it’s where we handle most of the local project coordination. Ideb Projects Pvt Ltd has a lot going on, so this room is usually buzzing with phone calls and people checking on delivery statuses. We’ve got a couple of old fans that struggle in the summer, but they keep the air moving. Jaraganahalli can be a busy area, especially during peak hours when everyone is trying to get through the 6th Phase. We don’t really go for the polished office look you see in the tech parks. Our floors are a bit scuffed from boots coming in from the sites, and the walls are mostly covered in project calendars. We eat lunch together when there’s time, usually something quick from a nearby stall. It’s a practical setup for a construction firm. We keep the files organized as best we can, though things get messy when we are in the middle of a big push. Every person here knows their job, and we don't stand on ceremony. If a pipe needs moving or a drawing needs a quick fix, we just sit down and do it. It’s just how we operate in this part of town.
