We are based in the Jayram Reddy Building, located at 5/2 in the 560067 area of Bangalore. Ideb Projects Pvt Ltd is just a regular office where we handle project details and coordination. It’s a plain building, nothing that would stand out from the street, but it works perfectly for us. We have enough room for our desks and all the project files that seem to pile up no matter how much we organize. This part of Bangalore is quite busy, and there’s always some construction happening nearby, which is quite fitting for us. We spend most of our time on the phone or working through spreadsheets. We aren’t a flashy company with a huge marketing budget. Most of our connections come from people we’ve worked with before. We just try to be clear about what we can do and then get on with it. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. Whether it’s answering the door or digging through an old file, everyone helps out. We don’t have any grand corporate speeches to give. We just focus on the projects and making sure things are done right. The local tea shop is where we usually take our breaks. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we’ve been doing it this way for quite a while now. We just take it one day at a time. It's a simple life for us.
