Our office is called Banashree, and it’s located at number 34 on 4th Cross in Hosapalya. That’s in the Bommanahalli area of Bangalore, zip code 560068. Ideb Projects Pvt Ltd has been based here for some time now. It’s a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than a cold office. We like that. It keeps the atmosphere relaxed. We spend our days managing various project requirements. There is always a lot of paperwork to go through and plenty of coordination needed with people on the ground. We don't have any big, shiny trophies or fancy mission statements on the walls. Mostly, we just have calendars, site photos, and stacks of files. It’s a functional space. Bommanahalli is a busy hub, but our little cross is a bit tucked away from the main noise. The team is quite small. We all know each other’s families and what everyone likes to eat for lunch. We don’t try to act bigger than we are. We just do our bit to keep the projects on track. If a client calls, they usually talk to the same person every time. We aren't interested in being a huge corporation. We just want to do our jobs, go home to our families, and come back the next day to do it again. It’s a simple way of running a business, and it suits us just fine.
