We are located at Flat No D2 in Lakeside Heights, right on Whitefield Main Road. Ideb Projects Pvt Limited is basically a small group of us working out of this apartment-turned-office. Varthur is a busy area, so getting here in the mornings can be a bit of a trek with the traffic, but once we’re inside, it’s quiet enough to focus. We deal with various project management tasks here. It’s not a huge corporate floor with hundreds of desks. Instead, it’s a more personal setup. We have our computers, some drawing boards, and plenty of files stacked up. Most of the day is spent on calls or looking over project plans. Whitefield has grown so much lately, and being right on the main road means we’re in the middle of all that activity. We’ve been at this for some time now. We don’t really use fancy jargon to describe what we do. It’s just work. We help organize projects and make sure things are moving according to the schedule. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up. The neighbors in the building are nice. We try not to make too much noise. Usually, you’ll find one of us running down to get tea from the local stall. It’s a regular office life. We aren’t trying to change the world; we just want to get the projects finished right. It's just a bunch of regular people doing their best every single day in Whitefield.
