Working out of an apartment complex like Phoenix Garden makes the day-to-day feel a bit more relaxed than being in a massive office tower in the middle of the city. We have our computers set up and we just get to it every morning. Bangalore traffic can be a real headache, so being in this part of town is a bit of a relief most days. We don't have a big team here, just a few of us making sure the projects don't fall behind. There are trees outside the window and it feels pretty local. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay organized. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and we say hello, but mostly we are just focused on the screens. We don't put on any airs about who we are. We are just a group of people working out of a flat in Vignan Nagar. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra fluff you see in bigger companies. We stay until the work is done and then head out.
