Our office is on the first floor of the Astha Building in K R Puram. It’s at number 272 on the 7th Cross of Vijay Bank Colony. If you know Basavan Pura Main Road, you know how busy it gets with the traffic near the station. We are right in the middle of all that noise. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few desks and chairs where we handle the project planning. Construction is a messy business, and we don't try to hide that. We deal with the actual work on the ground every single day. There is a lot of talk about timelines and budgets in our office. We try to keep things moving so the projects don't stall. We have a team that is used to the local conditions here in Bangalore. We know which suppliers are reliable and which ones to avoid. It’s a lot of practical knowledge that you only get by doing the work for years. We don't have a marketing department. We just do the work and let people see the results for themselves. It’s a very direct way of working. No polish, no corporate scripts. Just us trying to get the buildings finished. That’s the daily routine for everyone here at Ideb Project (P) Ltd.
