Out here in Hoskote, things move a bit differently than in the middle of Bangalore. We are in the Chikke Gowda Building, which is in the T.G. Extension area. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but we like it this way. The air is a little better and there’s more space to breathe. Our work involves a lot of projects in the rural district. We see a lot of different types of ground and terrain. Every day is a bit of a challenge. We manage the logistics from our office at number 14. It is a humble place. We have a few desks and some old cabinets for all the files. Most of our day is spent talking to the guys on the ground. We make sure they have what they need to keep building. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on deliveries. We don't use big words or fancy presentations. If someone wants to know something, they just come in and ask. We show them the plans and talk about the timeline. It is basic and it works. Being in Hoskote means we are part of a smaller community. Everyone knows who is doing what. We just try to do a solid job so nobody has reason to complain. That is the way Ideb Constructions Pvt.Ltd operates every day.
