We are located at number 32, Gajanana Nilaya on the 14th Cross in Kanakanagar. If you are familiar with RT Nagar in Bangalore, you know the streets can be a bit of a maze sometimes. This is the spot where Icici Home Search operates from. It’s basically a neighborhood office. We aren't in one of those tall glass buildings downtown. Instead, we are tucked away in a more residential part of town. Our daily routine involves looking at property listings and helping folks find where they might want to live. The office has a very local feel to it. We keep a lot of maps and printouts around. Sometimes the power goes out and we just wait it out or use the backup. It’s just how things are. We have a couple of desks and a small area where we sit down with people to look at house photos. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just talk about what’s available in the market. Most of our visitors are people from the nearby blocks who are curious about moving. We know the Kanakanagar area quite well by now. It’s a decent place to work. We don't have a uniform or anything, just the staff here trying to make sense of the real estate numbers for anyone who walks in.
