ICAPE GROUP

ICAPE GROUP is a bit of a split operation for us here. The headquarters are all the way over in France, at Immeuble Volta on 33 avenue du Général Leclerc in Fontenay-aux-Roses. Then we have the Indian side of things, ICAPE INDIA, located at 105 Brigade MM Annexe. It’s a long way between the two, but we make it work. The office in France has that old European feel, while the Bangalore office is right in the middle of the local bustle. We spend a lot of time on calls between the two countries. It’s not always easy with the time difference, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a lot of corporate slogans hanging on the walls. We just have a lot of work to do. Sometimes the connection is bad or someone forgets what time it is over there, but we laugh it off and keep going. The Brigade MM Annexe is a decent place to work, even if the traffic nearby is a mess. We aren't trying to be the flashiest group in the world. We just want to get the orders right and keep the business running smoothly across the borders. It’s a lot of coordination and a lot of emails. We just keep our heads down and handle the tasks as they come in, whether they come from France or right here in the local neighborhood.
