At ICAM Solution, we are based over in Singasandra at 88/1 on the 7th Main. It’s a decent spot in the 2nd Stage. We’ve been here for a bit now, working on various technical things for other businesses. The office is usually full of screens and cables tangled up under the desks. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where the important stuff is. We don't wear suits or have big meetings in glass boardrooms. Most of our work is done sitting in front of a computer or talking through a problem with a coworker. We handle a lot of the digital side of things that people don't usually see. Singasandra has grown quite a bit since we first moved in, and there are a lot more shops and traffic now. We usually order in lunch and keep working through the afternoon. It’s a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; if you ring the bell, one of us will just get up and answer it. We like it this way because it’s simple and we can just focus on the tasks at hand. There’s no corporate fluff here. We just try to solve whatever problem is put in front of us and move on to the next one. That’s the life at ICAM for us everyday.
