Ibp Conex Ltd

Ibp Conex Ltd is found on the first floor of building 2906. We are on 8th Main, 2nd A Cross, over in the 2nd Stage of Kumaraswamy Layout in Bangalore 78. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but once you’re in the layout, it’s not too hard to spot. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while. The office isn't very large, just a few rooms where we have our computers and files. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. Most of the people here have been working together for years, so we’re all pretty used to each other’s habits. We don’t really do anything flashy. We just focus on the logistics and connections side of the business. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules. The area is mostly residential, so it feels quite calm compared to the city center. We like that. There’s a small shop nearby where we get snacks and tea. We don't have big meetings with fancy slides; we just talk over our desks about what needs to be finished. It’s a practical way of doing things. We just try to stay organized and get through the list of tasks for the day without making a big deal out of it. It’s our little corner of the world and we are fine with that.
