Our office is located at No.3 in the Ftp Fortius Block over in Whitefield. If you know Bangalore, you know Whitefield is basically its own world with all the tech parks and the constant construction going on. Being part of Ibm (I)Pvt Ltd here means dealing with the Epip Zone crowd every day. It’s a lot of people in business casual walking around looking for their next meeting. Inside our block, things are pretty standard. We’ve got the usual rows of computers and that specific office smell of old carpet and printers. We don’t really put on any airs about what we do. It’s mostly troubleshooting and managing data for various clients. The team is a bunch of regular people who like their weekend breaks. Whitefield traffic is the main thing we talk about, honestly. It takes forever to get anywhere, so once we are at our desks, we stay put. We’ve got a small break room where the tea is okay if you get there before the milk runs out. It’s not a workspace designed to impress anyone, just a place that functions. We don’t have any big mission statements hanging on the walls. We just come in, do the work assigned to us, and head home when the sun starts to go down. It’s a steady rhythm. The Fortius Block is easy to spot, so we aren't hard to find if someone is looking for the Ibm crew.
