You can find Ibm over in Indra Nagar, Bangalore. It’s one of those parts of the city that everyone knows, so it’s easy for people to find us. We’ve been in Indra Nagar for a good bit now. The area has changed a lot, with more shops and cafes opening up nearby, but we just keep doing what we’ve always done. Our office is a simple place. We don't have those fancy glass walls or bean bags you see in some of the newer startups. It’s just desks, chairs, and the work we need to finish. Bangalore traffic is something we deal with every morning, but once we’re in, we just get to it. We don’t spend a lot of time on fancy presentations or corporate retreats. We’re more about just sitting down and getting through the tasks. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs finishing, but usually, we try to keep a normal schedule. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't have many secrets or big corporate layers. If someone has a question, they just shout across the room. It’s a bit noisy and a bit crowded sometimes, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and try to do a good job for the people who need us. That is basically the whole way we run our little operation.
