Our company is based right here in Bangalore. We’ve been part of the city's growth for a while now, sitting in the middle of all the noise and the tech energy that everyone talks about. Since we’re in the consulting business, our office is mostly filled with people on laptops and phones, trying to figure out solutions for different clients. It’s a typical Bangalore office setup. We deal with the usual city stuff like the long commutes and the unpredictable rain that catches everyone off guard. The office isn't one of those massive corporate campuses with a gym and a cafeteria. It’s a more modest space where we can actually focus and get things done. We have a small pantry where we make a lot of coffee to keep ourselves going through the long afternoons. The atmosphere is generally pretty relaxed, though it can get a bit frantic when a deadline is approaching. We don’t go in for big speeches or fancy titles; everyone just chips in where they are needed. Being in Bangalore gives us access to a lot of talent, but we try to keep our team feeling like a small group rather than a big machine. We spend a lot of our time in meetings, either here or at client sites across the city. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we’ve learned how to manage the rhythm of it over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a good city to be in for this kind of business.
