About I Was Working In Om Power Construction – Metals & Minerals in Bengaluru
Our office is tucked away in Flat No. 202 of Vinyash Udaya. It’s in the Ramanashree Layout in Billekahali, which is a pretty quiet part of Bangalore if you know where to turn. The building is one of those standard apartment-style setups where a few small businesses have taken root. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which we actually like. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and the balcony looks out over the street. It’s a good place to take a break when the screens get to be too much. We started out with a connection to Om Power Construction, and that history stays with us in how we handle our daily tasks. We aren't interested in being a giant corporation with hundreds of employees. We like our small team and the fact that we can just talk to each other across the room. There’s no need for formal emails when the person you’re talking to is sitting right there. The layout of the office is a bit tight, especially when we have a lot of files coming in, but we make it work. It’s just a regular spot in Karnataka where we put in our hours and go home. We don't pretend to be more than a local business doing its part. The neighborhood is friendly, and it's nice to have a steady place to call our own.
