I Fitness

We are located at No.126 in Chhabria Square. That’s on K H Road, right near the Double Road Flyover in Shanthinagar. It’s a very central part of Bangalore, so it’s easy to get here, but the traffic near the flyover is almost always a mess. We’ve been in this building for some time now. I Fitness isn't a giant warehouse gym, but it's got what you need. We have the cardio machines and the weights, all set up in a way that makes sense for the space we have. Most of the people who come here work in the offices nearby and stop in before heading home. It’s a mix of people in their 20s and some older folks too. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We keep the place running as best as we can. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit temperamental, but we get it fixed pretty quick. The Shanthinagar area is always bustling, and being in the 560027 zip code means there’s always something happening outside. We aren't trying to be the fanciest gym in the city. We just want to provide a solid place for people to work out near their jobs. It’s a straightforward setup for people who don't want to spend too much time thinking about where they go to exercise. Just a local spot on K H Road near the flyover. We are here most days.
