You can find us at 95 Peenya 1St Main Road, right in the 1St Block area of Koramangala. It’s an interesting spot because Peenya and Koramangala are usually thought of as different sides of things, but this is where we are. Hytech Machine Tools & Automation (India) Pvt Ltd is the name on the paperwork. We spend most of our time dealing with parts and machinery. The workshop is often loud, with the sound of metal hitting metal and the smell of oil in the air. We aren't really the type to sit in meetings all day. Usually, someone is under a machine or looking at a blueprint with greasy hands. The office part of the building is small and mostly used for storing records and making calls. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, but sometimes parts are late or the weather makes things difficult. There’s a small shop across the street where we get our daily newspapers and some extra pens when ours run out. The floor is concrete and has some cracks here and there, but it doesn't affect the work we do. We just keep our heads down and stay busy. We don’t have a fancy breakroom, so we usually just stand around outside for a few minutes when we need a breather. The street outside can get pretty jammed up with traffic, especially in the evenings. We’ve been at this address for a while and the locals know us pretty well. It’s just how we do things.
