We’re located at 70/90 near the Shanti Sagar Hotel in Garve Bahvi Palya, right on the Husur Main Road. Bangalore Hardware & Industrial Suppliers has been sitting here near the Vikas Dharam Kanta for quite a while. The road outside is always packed with trucks and traffic, so it’s never really quiet around here. Our shop is full of all sorts of things, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what’s needed in the stacks. We don't have any high-tech systems for tracking things, just our own memory and some old notebooks. It’s a bit messy, but that’s how a hardware place usually is. We aren't wearing suits or sitting in air-conditioned offices. We’re usually out on the floor moving boxes or talking to the drivers. The dust from the road comes in sometimes, but we just sweep it out and keep going. We know the other shop owners around here, and we all help each other out when we can. It’s a working-class area and we fit right in. We don't bother with fancy marketing or big promises. We just show up every morning and help whoever walks through the door. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We like the grit of the main road and the people we meet every day. It’s just us doing what we know how to do.
