Napoli Bistro

Napoli Bistro sits right in Hsr Layout Sector 1 over in the Kamarhati area. It’s a busy spot, and we are just one of the local places trying to keep folks fed. The morning starts early here with the sound of the shutters going up. We spend a good amount of time just getting the kitchen ready before the first people wander in. Hsr Layout has changed a lot, but this corner feels like home to us. There is always noise from the street, vehicles honking and people rushing to work. Inside, it is a bit different. We try to keep things simple. We don't have some big corporate manual on how to talk to people. We just say hello and get the food out. Some days the oven is acting up or we are running low on a specific ingredient, but that’s just how it goes in a real kitchen. We aren't a fancy chain. It’s just us. The tables are wooden and the chairs might creak a little, but the food is honest. We get a lot of regulars from the nearby offices and houses in Sector 1. They know us by name and we know how they like their coffee. It is a lot of work, standing on your feet all day in the heat, but we like the bustle of Kamarhati. We don’t do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people just see the sign and walk in. Anyway, we are here every day except for holidays. It's just a regular life for us in this part of Bangalore.
