Gtr Developers operates out of Hsr Layout. If you know Bangalore, you know Hsr Layout is always changing and growing. We are right in the middle of all that. Our office is just a regular space in one of the buildings here. It’s not one of those glass towers you see in the tech parks. We prefer it this way because it feels more real. The streets outside are usually full of cars and people heading to the various cafes around here. Inside, we just have our desks and some blueprints lying around. We spend a lot of time discussing plans and looking at how things are being built. It’s a lot of practical work, not just sitting in meetings all day. We’ve been in this layout for a few years and have seen it become very popular. We don't try to sound like some massive firm. We are just a group of people who know how to put things together. Sometimes the rain messes up our schedule, or the traffic makes us late, but we keep going. It’s a busy environment, and there is always something happening. We just take it one day at a time and try to finish what we started. Our focus is just on the bricks and mortar of what we do. That's how it goes in Hsr Layout, everything is fast and you just have to keep up with it.
