Our setup is located in Malleswaram West, specifically over at Milk Colony in the A-Block. It’s a decent-sized place on the 2nd Main, 2nd Stage. We do a mix of things here, mostly focusing on telemarketing and keeping the systems running like they should. It’s a lot of sitting at computers and wearing headsets for a good portion of the day. The area around No. 513 is usually pretty lively. We get a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a while. We have a small team of people who are good with technology and even better at talking to folks on the phone. It's not a glamorous job, but it’s essential. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting software or making sure our calling lists are up to date. The computers need a lot of looking after, which takes up a chunk of our time too. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and see everyone working. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a bit and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. There are some good places nearby to grab a quick lunch. Most of the time, we’re just focused on hitting our daily numbers and making sure the systems don’t crash. It's a steady pace and we try to keep things organized despite the constant ringing of phones. It gets tiring but it is what keeps the business going.
