Down in J.P. Nagar 1st Phase, we’ve got our office at 403 on 11th A Cross. Hoysala Developers is basically a few of us who have lived in Bangalore for years and decided to work on building things here. We are right off 29th Main, so it’s easy to find if you know the landmark nearby. Our office is more like a workshop where we keep all the site maps and permits. We aren't big on corporate meetings or fancy presentations. Usually, we are just sitting around a table with a pot of tea trying to figure out the best way to move a project forward. The traffic in Bangalore can be a nightmare, so we try to do most of our site visits early in the morning. People know us in this part of town because we’ve been around the block a few times. We don't have a big sales team; we mostly just talk to people directly. It is a lot of hard work dealing with contractors and making sure the cement arrives on time. Sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, but we just roll up our sleeves and fix it. It's an honest living and we like seeing the buildings go up. Being in 1st Phase means we are close to the heart of the action. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the next task. It feels good to see the results.
