We live over here in Gokulam 3rd Stage, specifically on 14th Cross. Mysore is a peaceful city compared to the bigger ones, and this neighborhood is especially quiet. The house is D/N 622. Being a housewife here means my days are full of the usual chores. There is no big office or company structure. It is just the daily life of running a household. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen or tidying up the rooms. Sometimes I sit out on the veranda when the weather is nice in the evening. People in the area are friendly and we say hello when we pass each other on the street. I don't have a mission statement or a set of goals. I just try to keep things in order and make sure everyone is fed and looked after. The house has been in the family for a bit and it feels like a lived-in space. It's got its quirks, like a door that squeaks and a leaky tap we keep meaning to fix. It isn't a polished or perfect place, but it is home. I don't think of this as a business, just the work of taking care of my family and this house in Karnataka. It's a simple way to spend the day and it keeps me quite busy.
