Guhring India Pvt. Ltd. is located over at No. 129 in the Bommansandra Industrial Area, specifically in Phase 4 of Anekal. It is a busy place to work. We have been here for a good while now, and the area around us has changed quite a bit with more traffic and new buildings going up. The daily routine is pretty simple. We show up, get to work on the floor, and deal with whatever needs doing that day. It is mostly an industrial setup, so there is plenty of noise from the machines and a lot of metal lying around. We don't have a fancy office or any soft chairs. It is mostly concrete and workbenches. The commute to Anekal can be a bit of a pain in the mornings because of all the trucks, but we are used to it. The staff here are just regular people who know their jobs well. We don’t spend time on big meetings or writing long reports about our goals. We just focus on the parts we are making and make sure everything is running okay. Sometimes it gets hot on the shop floor, especially during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and carry on. Guhring India Pvt. Ltd. isn't trying to be anything other than a solid workplace in Phase 4. It’s just how things are for us here, day in and day out, without any fuss or extra polish.
