You can find us at 345 Puttanna Complex in the Horamavu Agra area. The complex itself is easy to spot once you get into the Horamavu Post neighborhood, though the traffic around here can be a bit of a headache during the evening hours. At Bsa Aluminium, the sound of cutting metal is pretty much the background noise of our lives. We have got all sorts of frames and sheets leaning against the walls, and there is usually a layer of fine silver dust on everything by the time three o'clock rolls around. It’s a workspace first and foremost, so don't expect it to look like a showroom. We spend our days measuring out sections and fixing up windows or doors for people who live nearby. The floor is concrete and usually covered in scraps of metal that we sweep up at the end of the shift. We have a couple of plastic chairs for when someone comes in to talk about a job, but mostly we are on our feet. The light in the complex isn't the best, so we have some extra lamps rigged up over the cutting benches. It’s honest work, even if it leaves our hands looking a bit rough and our clothes full of grime. We just focus on getting the pieces to fit right and making sure the edges aren't too sharp before things go out the door to the customers.
