Our office is tucked into the Chenna Reddy Complex on Hosur Bagalur Road. If you know where the Essar Petrol Pump is, we’re right around there. It’s a busy stretch of Bangalore, 560100, always something moving. We spend a lot of time at Avs Sunfield, dealing with all the stuff that comes with construction. It’s not always pretty work. There’s a lot of dust, phone calls that don't end, and making sure the materials show up when they are supposed to. We’ve got our desks set up here and it’s where we figure out the plans and talk to the guys on the ground. Some days it feels like we are just fighting with schedules. Being in this complex, you see the same faces every morning. We grab coffee nearby and get back to it. It’s a practical setup, nothing too grand. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Building things takes time and a lot of patience, which we try to keep even when things get stressful. The traffic on the main road can be a pain, but being near the petrol pump makes it easy for people to find us. We just keep our heads down and work through the list of tasks for the day. It’s mostly about getting the walls up and making sure the roofs don't leak. We keep our tools and papers here. It’s not fancy but it gets the job done. Sometimes we're out at sites, other times we're just here.
