Our office is tucked away in Vinobnagar, over in Shivamogga. It is a residential-feeling area on the 1st Cross in Medar Keri. We have been here for quite some time, and the neighbors know us well. It is not a big corporate building; it is more like a house that we turned into a workspace. Gururaj runs things mostly, and he has been around these parts all his life. We do not go in for big advertisements or fancy websites. Most people find us through word of mouth or just by walking past the gate and seeing the sign. Inside, it is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a ceiling fan that clicks a bit when it is on high. It is a quiet place to get work done. Shivamogga is a nice town, not as fast-paced as the bigger cities, and we like it that way. We take our time to make sure things are handled properly. We do not have a massive staff, just a few dedicated people who show up every morning. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the news before getting started. The rainy season here can be quite something, and we often have to keep the door shut to stay dry. We have got a small porch where we keep a few potted plants. They are the only bit of color in the office. We just focus on our tasks and try to be fair.
