We are located over in JP Nagar 9th Phase, specifically in Nandi Gardens. It is a bit of a way out from the main Bangalore city center, near Anjanapoora, which is actually quite nice because it is much quieter. We have been operating from this spot for a while now. Being in construction, our office is often full of papers, site maps, and old boots left by the door. It is not a showroom. It is where we sit down to figure out timelines and talk to the guys on the ground. We do not have a big receptionist or a lobby with a fountain. It is just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of coffee. We spend most of our time out at the actual sites anyway. This place is just our home base. Bangalore traffic makes getting around a bit of a pain, so we try to plan our days carefully. We started small and stayed that way because it is easier to manage things when you know everyone by name. Sometimes things get delayed, maybe the weather is bad or materials do not show up on time, but we deal with it as it comes. We’ve got a small parking space out front that is always a squeeze with the trucks. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at blueprints that are slightly curled at the edges. It is a bit messy, but we know where everything is.
