Hitech Builders is based over in the B.D.A Layout in Avalahalli, Bangalore. We’ve been in this part of the city for a good bit now, watching how much the area has changed around us. Our office is a simple place where we keep all our plans and paperwork. Construction is a messy business, so there’s usually some dust on the shoes and maps spread out over the tables. We don’t have any of those fancy modern offices with glass walls. It’s just a practical space where we talk to contractors and try to keep projects on track. Bangalore weather usually helps, but the traffic can make getting to sites a real headache. We’re just local people who know how to put buildings together. We don't use big words or try to sell you on dreams. We just look at the site, check the measurements, and get to work. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies like cement and steel. Sometimes things go slow because of the rain, but that’s just how it is in Karnataka. We’ve stayed in Avalahalli because it’s a good middle ground for us to reach different parts of the city. If you walk into our place, you’ll probably find someone drinking coffee and looking over a blueprint or arguing about a delivery. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a steady one that stays busy and gets the job done. It's hard work, but we've been at it long enough.
