We have been operating out of the Salfia Masjid Complex in BTM Layout for a while now. It’s right there on Bannerghatta Road, which gets incredibly busy during the middle of the day. Our work involves packing up houses and moving furniture from one place to another. We spend a lot of our time taped up in bubble wrap and surrounded by cardboard boxes. The office isn't much to look at, honestly, just a place to keep the paperwork and make sure the trucks are ready to go. Moving is a messy, tiring job, and we usually end up quite worn out by the time the sun goes down. People around here know where to find us if they need to shift their belongings to a new apartment or a different part of the city. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the traffic on the road makes our timing a bit difficult. It's just a few of us working here, making sure the boxes get loaded and unloaded without too much trouble. We don't have a big fancy website or any marketing team. Most people just walk in or call us when they see the sign near the mosque. We know the BTM streets quite well by now. It is hard work, lifting heavy beds and cupboards up narrow stairs, but that is what we do. We just show up with the tape and boxes, do the packing, and get the truck moving.
