We are located down on Mysore Road, specifically in the A.R. Compound. If you know Bangalore, you know how hectic Mysore Road can be with all the trucks and the construction going on lately. Our office is at No. 147/51, right at the corner of 1st Main and 1st Cross. It’s a bit of a dusty area sometimes because of all the development, which is ironic since we are Hinduja Land Development (P) Ltd. Most of our time is spent looking at maps, dealing with land papers, and talking to people about various plots. It’s a lot of slow work because land things never move as fast as you want them to in this city. We have a small team here, and we’ve been in this compound for quite a while. It’s a practical place to be. We aren't in one of those shiny IT parks; we are right where the actual ground work happens. The office is simple, just some desks and a lot of filing cabinets for all the legal documents we have to keep track of. We mostly just focus on the task at hand and try to stay ahead of the Bangalore traffic when we have to go out for site visits. It’s a living, and it keeps us busy enough from morning to night. We don't need much else besides a good cup of coffee and a clear plan for the day.
