Hilti India Private Limited

We are located over in Amarjyothinagar, right on 7th A Cross. Vijayanagar is a pretty lively part of Bangalore, so there is always something happening outside our door. Our office for Hilti India Private Limited is just a regular place where we gather every morning to start the day. The traffic on the way here can be a bit of a headache, but that’s just part of the Bangalore life we live. We’ve got a decent setup inside. There are desks, some chairs, and plenty of paperwork to go around. We aren't trying to be one of those big tech hubs with bean bags and game rooms. We just have our workspace and a small area to eat our tiffins during lunch. It’s mostly about getting the daily tasks done and helping people out. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or keep going on the laptops until it comes back. We know the local guys who run the shops on the corner. It feels like a real neighborhood here. We see the same faces every day. It’s not a formal place at all. Most of us wear regular clothes and just talk like normal people. We focus on what’s in front of us. It’s a simple routine that we’ve built up over the years.
