Universal Automotives

Universal Automotives is basically just a place where we deal with cars and parts all day long. You can find us at No. 34 on Hennur Main Road, right in the Hennur Bande area. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always a lot of traffic noise and dust coming in. The floor usually has some grease marks on it, and the shelves are packed with boxes that we’ve stacked up over the years. We aren't much for sitting behind a desk; we’d rather be looking at what’s under a hood or checking inventory. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we have a lot of stuff delivered at once. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighbors know us. It’s a noisy neighborhood, but it’s home for the business. We don't have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. People just drop by, tell us what they need, and we see if we can help them out. Sometimes we’re short-staffed and things take a little longer, but we try to be honest about it. Most days involve a lot of heavy lifting and getting our hands dirty. It’s a practical job. We like the mechanical side of things. There’s something satisfying about fixing a problem that someone’s been having with their vehicle. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is nothing fancy, just a garage on a busy road.
