Hemanth Homes is located at 613 in Indira Nagar. If you’ve walked around this part of town, you know it’s a mix of old houses and new shops popping up everywhere. We mostly deal with the housing side of things. Sometimes it’s helping someone find a place to stay, and other times it’s looking after a property that someone owns but doesn’t live in. We don’t have a big, shiny showroom with models of buildings. Our office is just a place where we sit and talk to people who are looking for a home. We’ve seen the prices in Indira Nagar go up and up, and it’s getting harder for regular folks to find something decent. We try to help out where we can. It’s not always easy because the paperwork for land and apartments is a total mess most of the time. We spend a lot of hours at the local offices trying to get things sorted out. It’s a lot of walking and waiting in lines. We aren't a huge corporation with a thousand employees. It’s just a few of us who know the neighborhood well. We like the trees around here, though they’re cutting a lot of them down lately. We just want to make sure that when someone moves into a house we’ve handled, they don't have any surprises with the plumbing or the roof.
