Help Desk

Our office for Help Desk is at No 314 in Mrr Square. We are up on the 3rd floor, right at the Chickka Bommasandra Circle in Yelahanka New Town. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to Kanthi Sweet, which is a place most people around here know well. Yelahanka is a bit far from the main city center, but it has grown a lot lately. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the circle and all the people going about their business. We spend most of our time at our desks. It is a lot of answering queries and trying to help people out with whatever problems they bring to us. The phones ring quite a bit, and there is always someone typing away. We do not have any polished speeches or corporate slogans. We just talk to people like regular neighbors. The office can get a bit crowded when we have a lot of visitors, but we manage. It is a plain space with a few desks and chairs. We usually grab some snacks from the shops downstairs when we get a break. The traffic around the circle can be a mess during peak hours, but that is just Bangalore for you. We have been in this building for a while now and it feels like a familiar spot. It is just a normal workplace where we try to be useful to the people who walk in.
