Heavy Engineering Workshop

Down here in Jp Nagar, the Heavy Engineering Workshop is usually the loudest place on the block. We have been working with metal and big machines for a while now, and the noise of welding and cutting is just part of the background. If you walk into our space, you will probably smell grease and scorched iron right away. It is not the kind of place where you want to wear nice clothes. We spend our days fixing things that are broken or making parts from scratch for people who need them. There are always stacks of steel rods and heavy plates leaning against the walls. It is physical work, and our hands are rarely clean. Sometimes a job takes much longer than we thought because a machine acts up or the material isn't cooperating. We don't really do much advertising; people in Jp Nagar just know we are here when something needs a heavy-duty fix. We have a few old lathes and drills that have seen better days but still get the job done if you know how to handle them. Lunch is usually a quick break on a wooden bench before getting back to the sparks. It gets hot in the workshop, especially in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans running and stay focused. It is honest work, even if it leaves us tired by the end of the shift. We just try to get the pieces fitted and the repairs done right.
