It’s a busy area, especially when there’s a wedding at the mandap. The traffic gets backed up then. Our office is in a residential-style layout, so it feels a bit more like a home than a cold office building. We have a few rooms dedicated to our health products and the administrative side of things. It’s a comfortable place to work. We have a lot of plants near the windows because we like a bit of green. We don't have a corporate chef or anything; we just use the small kitchen to heat up our tiffins. The team is quite close-knit. We spend a lot of time talking about how to help our customers with their health needs. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do our job well and keep things moving. The office floors are a bit worn down in the spots where we move the chairs a lot. We have a whiteboard where we scribble notes and reminders. It's often messy with different colored pens. Bangalore weather is usually good, so we keep the windows open when it's not too dusty. It’s a simple setup for a group of people who care about what they do. We like it here.
