We are based at 522 on the second floor of Ganaresidency, located on Pipeline Road in the 5th Block of Kumaraswamy Layout. If you know Bangalore, you know that Pipeline Road can get quite busy with traffic, but once you’re up on the second floor, it’s not too bad. This is where we handle the local business for Havells India Ltd. The office is basically a few rooms that we’ve filled with desks and storage units for our paperwork. It’s a very simple setup, nothing like the big glass buildings you see in the tech parks. We don’t have any polished lobby or mission statements hanging on the walls. It’s just a practical space where we come to work every day. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so there are plenty of small shops nearby where we can grab a quick lunch or some coffee. The weather here is usually decent, so we often leave the windows open to let some air in. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or working through spreadsheets to keep everything in order. It’s a very down-to-earth environment, and we all just get along with our work. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a group of people doing their best to stay organized and finish their tasks on time. It’s a comfortable place to work and it gets the job done for us.
