Hari Hara Properties

We are over at Konena Agrahara, specifically at 125/1. Hari Hara Properties has been here for some time now. Being near this part of town means there is always something going on. We see a lot of people moving in and out of the area. Our office is just a simple room with some plastic chairs and a big desk where we keep our files. We spend most of our time talking to people about land and where they want to live. It’s not a complicated business, but it takes a lot of time to get everything sorted out. We drink a lot of tea while we talk to customers. Sometimes we have to go out and look at a site, so we just lock up the shop for an hour and put a note on the door. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us. We know the streets around Konena Agrahara like the back of our hands. If someone asks about a specific corner, we usually know who lives there. We don't do any big promises. We just show people what is available and help them with the papers if they decide they want something. It’s just a normal day-to-day job for us. We keep our keys in a wooden box on the wall and keep our records in big binders. We keep a light on in the evening so people know where we are.
