Hardware Point

Our shop is located at Shivaji Nagar 29. It’s a small place, packed with all sorts of tools and supplies. We opened up years ago because there wasn't really a place nearby to get the basics. Since then, we’ve just been filling the shelves with whatever people ask for. It’s a bit of a maze inside, but we know where every single screw and bolt is kept. We don't have a computer system to track everything; we just remember it. Most of our customers are folks from the neighborhood doing their own repairs at home. We enjoy the chat that comes with the job. Sometimes someone comes in with a broken part and asks us how to fix it, and we try to help them out. We aren't experts in everything, but we’ve seen enough to give some decent advice. The shop gets a bit hot in the summer, but we keep the door open to get a breeze. We don't spend money on fancy signs or flyers. Most people just walk in because they saw us while passing by. It’s a simple way to run a business. We show up, we open the locks, and we wait to see who needs help that day. It's not a big corporate operation, just a local spot where you can get what you need without a fuss. We like the quiet days just as much as the busy ones.
