Hadiid Construction Engineers

We are located over in Basavanagudi on Mosque Road, right across from Vijaya College. Being near R. V. Road means there’s always someone walking by or students hanging around between classes. Hadiid Construction Engineers isn’t some massive firm with a lobby; it’s just our workspace where we look over site plans and talk to contractors. The office at 10/5 is where we keep all the blueprints and the samples of materials we use for different projects. Because it's an older part of Bangalore, the area has that specific feel to it that you don’t get in the newer layouts. Even though we spend a lot of time out at sites, this room is where the actual planning happens. Sometimes the desks are covered in dust from the street or bits of gravel we brought back in our boots. No receptionist sits at the front, so if the door is open, you just walk in. The phone rings a lot, usually someone asking about a wall or a foundation. Practical talk is common here, with not much fluff added. Having worked on a fair number of buildings around this area, we know the local landscape well. Lunch is usually something quick from one of the local spots nearby. One task follows the next as we try to make sure the structures we’re involved with are solid. Hard work is just what we know, and the old buildings around here remind us of that every day.
