We are right in the middle of a very traditional part of Bangalore. Our office is not a high-rise building with a gym or a cafeteria. It is a simple, functional space where we talk about properties and ventures. We do not have a marketing department writing slogans for us. Most of the people who come here already know who we are. We sit around a big table and go over documents and land records. It is not very exciting to look at, but it is what we do. The road outside can get quite noisy with all the shops and people moving around Basvanagudi. We like the energy of the area though. We do not use corporate language or try to sound like a multinational bank. We are just local guys who understand the property market in this city. Sometimes we are out for hours looking at different sites, so the office might be locked for a bit in the afternoon. We do not have a fancy website with chatbots. If you want to talk, you usually just have to call Bhaskar or stop by the office when we are in. It is a basic, honest way of working.
