We are located on the second floor of a building at number 8 on 5th Cross, H Siddaiah Road. It’s a busy street, and the building itself has a lot of different businesses tucked into every corner. To get to us, you have to go up a narrow set of stairs that can be a bit dark. Our space is mostly taken up by boxes of ink and various printing supplies. It’s a bit cramped, but we manage. We spend our time managing the stock and fulfilling orders for people who need specific types of ink. It’s not a very quiet place because of the street noise and the constant movement of packages. We’ve been here for a while and we know the other shop owners on the street. It’s one of those parts of town where you can hear people shouting and horns honking all day. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that. People usually know what they want when they come to see us. We check the labels, pack the bottles, and get them ready for pickup. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when a big delivery arrives and we have to find space for all the new boxes. We just focus on keeping the inventory straight and making sure the customers get what they asked for. It’s a simple business, and we just take it one day at a time.
