We are over in Lakkasandra, right on 4th Main near 15th Cross. Anil Kumar runs the place. It is a small setup for construction work. We mostly focus on renovations and small additions around this neighborhood. We have been here for a while now. The office is pretty simple and nothing special to look at. We usually have cement bags or some tools lying around in the corner. We get a lot of walk-ins from people in the area who need a wall fixed or a room added. It gets a bit chaotic when multiple projects are happening at once. We do not really do much advertising around the city. People just find us through word of mouth. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially during the monsoon season. We have a few guys who have been with us for years. They know the work well and do not need much managing. It is not a fancy corporate life, just getting our hands dirty and making sure the walls are straight. Bangalore is growing fast and there is always something to fix or build. We try to stay organized but sometimes paperwork piles up on the desk. We grab tea from the stall nearby twice a day. It keeps us going through the long afternoons. If you need to find us, just look for the gate near 15th cross. We are usually there from morning until late evening depending on the site schedules. Just a local crew.
