We started the shop at Halasuru on the Pune Nashik Road at number 28 quite some time ago. It is just a regular place where we look at vehicles and try to get them back on the road. Most days start early with a lot of noise and grease. We are not a big fancy showroom or anything like that. People just drop by when their engines act up or if something is rattling under the hood. There is always a lot of tea going around and guys talking about their trucks or cars while we work. The road outside is usually busy, so there is always someone coming in for a quick look at their tires or a weird sound they heard while driving. We don't have a big office with air conditioning. It's just the garage floor and a few benches. We have seen all kinds of vehicles here over the years. Some are nearly falling apart and others are kept really clean by their owners. We just do what needs doing and move on to the next one. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons but the work keeps us busy enough that we don't notice it too much.
